Michael Dwayne Ward Sr 59, of Statesville passed away December 4,2021 at his home after an extended illness. He was born in Iredell County on May 31,1962 to the late Howard Franklin Ward and Garnell Hardiman Ward Weatherman. Survivors include his Fiancé Lisa Martin of the home, Stepmother Janet Ward of Statesville, Two son’s Brandon Ward, Michael Dwayne Ward Jr. One stepdaughter Stephanie Slane, two brother’s Franklin Ward and wife Caroline of Statesville, Curtis Ward of Statesville, Two sisters Angie Hartness and husband Bob of Statesville, Tammy Fowler, and husband Blain. Two grandchildren Oliver Ward and Draven Slane. Numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation and celebration of life be held at Christ Boulevard United Methodist Church fellowship hall Thursday December 9th 7:30 till 9:00pm.
