Linda Gayle Wingate, 60, of 4256 S NC Hwy 90, Moravian Falls, passed away Wednesday January 20, 2010 at Forsyth Memorial Hospital. She was born September 9, 1949 in Wythe County, VA to the late William Edward Wingate and Bonnie Patton Wingate. Ms. Wingate was a representative of Mary Kay Cosmetics and a member of the Wilkesboro Congregation of Jehovah’s Witness.

Survivors include three brothers, William Edward Reese Wingate of Moravian Falls, Charles Cooper Wingate of Speedwell, VA, and Jamie Rebel Wingate of Wytheville, VA; one sister, Rebecca Hossikos of Matthews.

A memorial service was conducted at 2:00pm Saturday January 23, 2010 at the Kingdom Hall in Wilkesboro. John Stout officiated.
