I just want to say that Frank was the most wonderful Step-Dad that anybody could have ever ask for and he raised me from the time I was a small child and never made me feel any less than his own child or my children less than his blood grandchildren. I'll miss and love him in my heart forever. I know he is happy and out of pain and with my Mom in Heaven. To the other members of the family, you're in my heart and prayers. Cynthia Guinn - Winnabow, NC

I was saddened to hear about Frank. We worked together for many years at Hunt and we both had a passion for racing. He was a good friend and I enjoyed talking him. You have my deepest sympathy.
Sincerely. Tim Rufty - Stony Point, NC

Uncle Frank will be terribly missed. Our family always thought a great deal of him. I will particularly remember his laugh and great sense of humor. Aunt Ruth always said he was our Elvis. Remember the laughter and love you shared and may he find his peace.
Respectfully, Tonya Flinchum Palmer - Traphill, NC
