Rebecca Lyn “Becky” Lomano, 44, of 2224 Bristol Road, Statesville, passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at Gordon Hospice House. She was born July 11, 1964, in Columbus Ohio to Jack Michael Lomano of Palm Bay, FL and Sharon Lomano of Statesville. She was employed by Zimmer Orthopaedic Surgical and Banfield Pet Hospital. She was also a member of First ARP Church in Statesville. |
In addition to her parents her survivors include one brother, Stephen Michael Lomano and wife Michelle of Charleston, SC; Step brothers, Paul Lomano of Seattle, WA and Scott Lomano of Chiefland, FL.; one nephew, Triston Lomano and two nieces, Cecilia Lomano and Asjia Lomano. Becky has been loved by so many people. Her love for people and animals was very rewarding for her. She was and will always be the sweetest daughter God made. She gave so much and asked for so little. She will be missed, greatly. She will always be her mother’s sweet little girl. A memorial service will be conducted 11:00am Saturday, October 18, 2008 at First ARP Church. Dr. Charles Steele will be officiating. Words cannot express our sadness at Becky's passing. We know she is now at peace and in a MUCH better place. We express our love and condolences not only to her parents and siblings, but also to her husband, David Waters. We have many wonderful memories of her and David sharing their lives with us. Words cannot express our sorrow over losing Becky, but we are comforted knowing that she is with the Lord and experiencing a joy & happiness that far surpasses all the world has to offer. Becky was a very sweet and kind daughter-in-law and we loved her very much. Becky, you fought a hard fight and your reward will be great!
