Robert Junior Jones, 58, of 2 Crest Knoll Street SE Apt 17, Taylorsville, passed away Monday, April 20, 2009 at Carolina Medical Center. He was born September 4, 1950 in Polk County, to the late Russell Grady Jones and Grace Jackson Jones. He retired as a truck driver.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Ruth Searcy.
He is survived by his wife, Faye Christie Jones of the home; one son, Russell Grady Jones of Taylorsville; William Jones and wife Vada of Inman, SC; one sister, Louise Culbreth of Inman, SC.; and a number of nephews and nieces.
A memorial service will be conducted 2:00pm Saturday April 25, 2009 at Chapman Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Alvin Southers will officate. No formal visitation.
