Marian Alice Hill, age 69 of 322 Wayfound Church Rd., Hiddenite passed away Wednesday April 21, 2010 at Iredell Memorial Hospital after an extended illness. She was born September 23, 1940 in Salamanca, NY to the late Frank O. Hawkins and Lois Moss Hawkins. She was office worker in the City of New York and of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Hill.
She is survived by one brother, Craig Hawkins of Taylorsville.
A memorial service will be conducted 2:00pm Sunday April 25, 2010 at Chapman Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Wesley Hammer will officiate.
