Michael Robert Heaton, age 46 of Raleigh passed away Thursday April 29, 2010 in Raleigh. He was born November 30, 1963 in Johnson City , TN to Brenda Cash Henry of West Palm Beach, FL. Mr. Heaton was a painter at Kewaunee Scientific in Statesville and of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his two brothers, Donald Bomar of West Palm Beach, Fl and Greg Lovelace and wife Ellen of Rutherfordton; four sisters, Nancy Beckham and husband Charles Sr. of Statesville, Sandra Bursey of Statesville, Donna Heaton of Fl, Dawn Riestenberg and husband Robby of Clarksburg, WV; and a number of nephews and nieces.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-4:00pm Tuesday May 4, 2010 at the home of his sister, Nancy Beckham at 202 Beckham Rd., Statesville.
