Sue's children: My condolences for the loss of your mom in this life. I know you guys will miss her so much. I know your hearts ache unmeasurably, even though you know that she is in perfect bliss and that you will see her again in heaven. Words can't really soothe a broken heart. Only the comforting Holy Spirit can truly mend the unraveled threads of your hearts. This kind of grief sometimes seems intolerable, but He will carry you through, and he will supplement you like no one else.
Love, Melissa Elgin - Longwood, FL
Dear Family,
We would like to express my love for you and Susie. We only knew each other for a little while on this side of heaven. We are grateful for the time and the memories we have for each of you and Susie. Life is like a flower, here today and gone tomorrow, but it's the fragrance we enjoy as we spend time together. Susie was a flower in the garden of the Lord, and we each enjoyed the beauty and fragrance of her life. Grace and peace to you dear family.

Do not stand at my grave and weep. I am not there, I do not sleep. I am a 1,000 winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sun on ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush, I am the swift uplifting rush, Of quiet birds in circled light. I am the soft star that shines at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there; I did not die.~Anonymous~ Sweet Sue I love you.
To Paul, Cris and Charity: My heart is reaching out to you, For what you’re going through; I’m thinking of you frequently And praying for you, too. If there’s something I can do, Anything at all, Think of me thinking of you, And don’t hesitate to call. With all my love, Aunt Donna

Dear Family of Sue:
My heart aches for your loss of such a dear sweet person in your life. However, Sue's faith in our loving Savior Christ Jesus was so evident in her life that I know the Lord just opened his arms and welcomed one of his sweetest children home. Sue was my traveling buddy to Florida in 2008 and we truly had a great time together. I will miss her greatly, and I'm so thankful that the Lord crossed our paths in this life. She was truly a blessing to everyone she knew.

Dear Elgin family,
I just needed to say how sad my heart is over the lost of such a dear and precious soul as your mother, sister, and whom I considered my loving friend. She was a pure spirit and a true light for the Lord. As we deal with the pain in our hearts over her departure from this life. It must give comfort to know that she is at peace with our loving Savior. I pray God will give you comfort and peace in this most difficult time. I will continue to uplift your family to the Lord; for He is the great comforter. Please know Sue was very loved by myself and others, she was such a special person. May God keep each and everyone now and always.
