Rodney Jason Butcher age 24, of 180 Aaron Road, Harmony, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2009 at his home after a sudden illness. He was born July 24, 1984, in Forsyth County to Lisa Cole Butcher of Harmony and the late Cletus Junior Butcher. He was a restaurant cook. He was also of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Cletus Junior Butcher III.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by, his maternal grandmother, Vera Mae Cole of Winston Salem; his paternal grandparents, Cletus Butcher Sr. and Genevie Butcher of Harmony.
No formal funeral services will be conducted. The family will receive friends Monday May 18, 2009 6:00-8:00pm at Chapman Funeral Home.
