Fred Walton Bost, age 72, of 2347 Simonton Road, Statesville, passed away, Wednesday October 21, 2009 at Gordon Hospice House of Statesville, after an extended illness. He was born on June 4, 1937 in Iredell County, to the late Louis E. Bost and Annie Mae Hines Bost. Mr. Bost served in the U.S. Army . He was a fireman for 21 years in Statesville. |
He is survived by his daughter, Tammy Minton of Statesville; one sister, Martha Gillan of Troutman.
A memorial service will be conducted at Eufola Baptist Church by Rev. Otis Johnson, at a later date.
